Mark Your Calendar—An Homage to Debra Valoff

    In May, 2025, the art and stamping communities lost a good friend and mentor when Debra Valoff passed away. Many may remember her as the owner of Rubbermoon Stamps from 1993 until 2013. The company was sold to Kristin Powers, who kept the name and style. Rubbermoon images continue under the care of 100 Proof Press and are found at Rubbermoon.com. 

    In her last email to RubberStampMadness, Debra showed how she had turned plain calendar pages into delightful works of art with personal, meaningful artwork decorating each month. Images, stamped and hand-drawn, were beautifully colored, and each month included positive thoughts to lift spirits. What a great way to incorporate more art into every-day life. Debra’s February calendar pages are seen on the Home Page and above. Her May calendar pages are shown below.
