In Every Issue

Each issue of RubberStampMadness includes stories for, by, and about, stampers. Plenty of stamp art is featured, along with information on how each piece was created. Stampers are encouraged to send in artwork for upcoming issues. Information about how to do this can be found on the Submit Art page.

    Stamp Art Gallery

The Stamp Art Gallery includes seven to 10 pieces of stamp art, often connected to the current season. The Fall issue’s Stamp Art Gallery includes Halloween and autumnal artwork. Pumpkin Spice is a three-part card by Pat Walsh. There’s a high-stepping owl, a pumpkin encircled with flowers, and a reminder to look for “pumpkin, spice, & everything nice.” Will do!

    stone bridge in the forest

Stone Bridge by Hannah Gibson takes us deep into the forest. A beautiful bridge crosses a stream, with a light reflection in the water. Stately trees on both sides of the stream remind us to look up!

Looking Ahead provides details on how to submit artwork for upcoming issues. This column is always on the last page of each issue.

Theme topics, generally two per issue, range from general topics like Dressed to Stamp to more seasonal topics like Flower Power for the Summer issue. Occasionally themes involve challenges. For example, stampers are asked to fill the shape of a bowl, window, pick-up truck, or photo frame with images.

    • The RSM Bulletin Board includes classified ads, with the option for subscribers to place an ad for free.
    • The Cover Artist is a feature story about the person creating the issue’s cover art.
